First off, I'm a heavy roleplayer from WoW's Moonguard server.

So my belfadin, Kelthe, used to have a little black dragon whelpling named Simon who followed him around everywhere. A year or so ago, he started getting kind of surly and large, and left. When I heard that black dragon mounts were in the game, I got all excited! Simon could come home!

I was talking about that in one of my channels, when someone mentioned that a black dragon whelp might not have letting his old buddy hop on his back very high on the old priority list, once he gets big. Somewhere beneath charcoal old buddy and eat his heart. XP

I got a mental image from the idea, and here we are. An unhappy ending fits Kelthe much better anyway. And I've been meaning to draw him in a fight for ages! Kelthe is very timid and mild mannered in the social arena, since it isn't where he feels natural. This is a bit more of his element, so its nice to let him look just a little badass as he fights for his life against his old friend.

This would take place pretty far in the future, so it's not a part of his rp story yet. Unless dragons grow faster than I thought, haha.

Also: If his ear looks weird for a belf, it's because it's his left side showing. His left ear was cut off.
